RECONCILERS MINISTRIES started as far back as the 1970s in Enugu, South Eastern Nigeria. It was a gospel band. In fact, it was called Reconcilers Gospel Band. In 1980 when one of its members, Brother Vincent Onwukanjo, was leaving Nigeria to go to Europe for further studies. The group came together with elders from Brother Vincent’s church, Assemblies of God Church, Uwani Enugu and elders from the Scripture Union, his non-denominational fellowship, to pray prayers of impartation and commissioning for him so that he could take the ministry of the Reconcilers wherever he went.

Brother Vincent got married in 1985 to Ogoma Mary Onwukanjo. The same year, they pioneered and founded Reconcilers Evangelical Ministries here in London UK. Brother Vincent was ordained as a minister of Religion into the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ in November 1994. With the help of the Leadership Team, Revd Vincent Onwukanjo hopes to continue to lead the ministry onto greater hights in the coming years.

Vincent studied in Ireland, B.A. (Hons)Sociology/Philosophy; and in England, MSc; specialising in the area of Supplementary and Continuing Education.

Rev Vincent Onwukanjo is a counsellor and a teacher of the Word of God. Since 1985 he has been preaching, teaching and broadcasting to this generation that Yeshua, Jesus the Christ, is the Way. He believes in preaching/teaching the whole counsel of God through the power of the Holy Spirit, including prosperity, healing, signs & wonders, and most importantly, repentance from sin and the salvation that comes, through no one else, except through Jesus, the Christ.

Vincent and The Reconcilers believe that the last few decades have bred a lot of Take-Away Christians who come to church to check out the menu and to take away what the minister has prepared earlier. He believes the ministers, the priests and the Levites, including the Reconcilers, should go back to teaching the people how to make the entire full balanced diet of the Word; thereby making disciples instead of take-away Christians. Vincent and his wife, Ogoma are blessed with five children.
